What is the difference between casein protein and whey protein?

Whey proteins are absorbed quickly, meaning they reach the muscles quickly, while casein proteins behave somewhat differently in this regard, being broken down slowly in the digestive system. Recommended use:

Mix 30 g (1 scoop) of product with 200 ml of water.

Consume immediately after preparation. Do not take more than 1 serving per day.
