Epicatechin

This is a natural flavanol found in green tea and dark chocolate. It has both health and performance benefits. It helps muscle growth by inhibiting Myostatin. Myostatin is a protein that regulates muscle growth. The purpose of Myostatin in our body is to prevent muscle growth from going out of control. By blocking this process in a safe way muscle growth will increase.

Epicatechin itself does not block Myostatin. Instead, it stimulates follistatin, another protein which then blocks Myostatin. By safely blocking this process, muscle growth and strength will increase.

BioPerine is a patented version of black pepper extract that improves absorption.

Use

Use 1 capsule twice daily. Muscle Rage recommends use for a duration of 8 weeks (maximum 12 weeks) followed by a break of 2-4 weeks
