Sleep duration isn’t enough though, we need to make sure that we are getting enough quality, restful sleep and this is where DREAM SLEEP is especially useful.
DREAM SLEEP contains high doses of theanine and a patented pharmacy grade ashwagandha, which helps to induce a state of calm. This will enable us to naturally drift into a deep, relaxing sleep and more importantly, stay asleep.
The addition of magnesium, alongside other ingredients such as valerian root and l tryptophan, also aids in relaxation, as well as replenishing potentially depleted electrolyte stores from training.
