* 350mg Benfotiamine

* 25mg Vanadyl Sulphate (20%)

* 500mcg Chromium Picolinate
A full serving only needs to be consumed with your highest-carb meals. Normally, just 2 capsules per meal are sufficient due to the extremely potent formula. During periods of low carbohydrates or when following a low-carb diet, you only need 1 capsule with carb-containing meals.
