This powder, containing selected freeze-dried fruits, is designed for preparing an energetic carbohydrate meal. It is formulated for adults who have undergone highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
*Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) following such physical activity. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming carbohydrates from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, in divided doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and glycogen depletion in skeletal muscle.

Ingredients: rice flour (96%), freeze-dried fruits [blackcurrant¹ (2%), apple² (1,25%), cherry² (0,75%), raspberry³ (2%), banana⁴ (2%)], flavourings, salt, black carrot concentrate^1,2, colour (E160a)⁴, sweetener (sucralose).

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children. The measure included in the packet serves to facilitate portioning, but it does not guarantee precise dosing. It is advisable to use scales in order to measure out the exact amount. Shake the package well before use. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling of powder may occur during shipping and handling, which may affect density of powder.
